At Anatometal, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our high-quality body jewelry and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, items must be returned in their original, heat-sealed sterile packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Ensure your jewelry is unworn and remains in its original, unopened sterile vacuum seal to comply with health and safety regulations.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the item in a padded mailer or rigid box along with your RMA form to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the seal and confirms the item is in original condition, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
